This website provides general information about our pest control services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. Content on this site is for general information only and is not a guarantee of results for any particular property.

Services and estimates

Prices, treatment plans and schedules are confirmed only after an inspection and are set out in your written estimate or service agreement. If the service agreement and this website differ, the service agreement controls.

Pesticide applications

Pesticide applications are made in accordance with New York State Environmental Conservation Law Article 33 and its regulations, by applicators certified by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Before treatment we provide the notices, product information and safety instructions required by law, and you agree to follow the preparation and re-entry instructions we give you. NYS DEC pesticide business registration: Waiting for approval.

Guarantees

Any service guarantee or warranty applies only as stated in writing in your service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New York consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

The Sheretz Control name, logo and website content belong to Sheretz Control and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
